At Frankie Rose Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  That being said, we understand if a product doesn't work out and you
wish to return it.   

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns purchased from FrankieRoseCosmetics.com within 30 days of purchase
(Frankie Rose Cosmetics is not responsible for cost of return shipping label). We cannot take returns on overly used products. 

Sale items are not eligible for return. FrankieRoseCosmetics.com only ships within the United States and Canada (stay tuned to our social media feeds for updates as we hope to expand our shipping region soon).

Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.
If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, it must be included with your order to be refunded in the original form of payment.

**We do NOT offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders outside of The United States and Canada**

Items Purchased from Frankie Retail Partners
Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise purchased at an Frankie Rose retail partner. At Frankie Rose we respect our partnerships with our trusted exclusive retailers and aim to create policies that are beneficial to the customer, the retailer and Frankie Rose. All items purchased through our exclusive retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies. 

To Return
Feel free to call Frankie Customer Service at 714-709-4211 (please have your order number and list of items you wish like to return on hand). Should you have any questions regarding returns or exchanges, email info@frankierosecosmetics.com 

To Submit Return, Complete the following steps:

#1 
Please fill out the Return Form {download here} and place it inside the return package.

#2 Affix the return shipping label {download here} to the outside of the return package. 

#3 Make a copy of the completed invoice and tracking number for your records. 

#4 Your return shipping via USPS should take 3 to 5 business days to arrive at our facility. Upon receipt, it will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it can take 5 to 7 business days to post to your account {the return may appear on your statement as "Joss Cosmetics LLC" and/or "Frankie Rose Cosmetics"}. 

Exchanges
TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER SHADE/COLOR, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS WITHIN 30 DAYS: 

#1 Please fill out the Exchange Form {download here} and place it inside the return package.
Mark the box "Exchange" listed on the Return/Exchange form and list the shade/color name you would like to receive instead in addition to completing the entire form. 

#2 Affix the exchange shipping label {download here} to the outside of the return package.  

#3 Make a copy of the completed invoice and tracking number for your records.

#4 Your exchange shipping via USPS should take 3 to 5 business days to arrive at our facility. Upon receipt, your exchange will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Your replacement color/shade you selected will then be shipped out to you.
