At Frankie Rose Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That being said, we understand if a product doesn't work out and you wish to return it.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns purchased from FrankieRoseCosmetics.com within 30 days of purchase (Frankie Rose Cosmetics is not responsible for cost of return shipping label). We cannot take returns on overly used products.
Sale items are not eligible for return. FrankieRoseCosmetics.com only ships within the United States and Canada (stay tuned to our social media feeds for updates as we hope to expand our shipping region soon). Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, it must be included with your order to be refunded in the original form of payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise purchased at an Frankie Rose retail partner. At Frankie Rose we respect our partnerships with our trusted exclusive retailers and aim to create policies that are beneficial to the customer, the retailer and Frankie Rose. All items purchased through our exclusive retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.

To Submit Return/Exchange, Complete the following steps:
Please fill out the Online Return/Exchange Form. You will receive an email with the return/exchange information you submitted. please keep a copy for your records.
Your return shipping via USPS should take 3 to 5 business days to arrive at our facility. Upon receipt, it will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. The cost of shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it can take 5 to 7 business days to post to your account {the return may appear on your statement as "Joss Cosmetics LLC" and/or "Frankie Rose Cosmetics".
